Rehabilitation of Pressure Regulating Stations (PRS) No. 30 and No. 31, and Demolition and Relocation of PRS No. 32 and No. 43, and Construction of New PRS No. 73.

Complete Station Demolition, and Complete Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Rebuild of Walnut Booster Station.

Complete Rehabilitation of Two Storm Water Lift Stations in City of Santa Ana Civic Center Including installing 4 new submersible pumps, two at each station, Designing and Building New Control Panels, PLC Programming and new SCADA System Implementation.

New 1500 gpm, 300 hp VFD operated well pump, 12 inch discharge piping, and connections to the City’s existing water distribution system; two new masonry buildings; bulk sodium hypochlorite storage and disinfection system; new 600 amp electrical service, switchboard and motor control center; PLC based well control panel including SCADA integration.

Construction of a building of approximately 785 square feet with an A-frame roof to house a booster pump station consisting of skid mounted centrifugal pumps, including three (3) pumps at 500 gallons per minute (gpm), and two (2) pumps at 28 gpm, all on variable frequency drives (VFDs); a 750-gallon bladder surge tank; ; monorail; electrical equipment including transformer, switchboard, MCC; RTU panel; site fencing, new parking spots; slurry seal on parking area.
