Palos Verdes Recycled Water Pump Station.

3920 W 235TH ST. TORRANCE, CA 90505.

 

OWNER: 

West Basin Municipal Water District.

WORK DESCRIPTION: 

Construction of a building of approximately 785 square feet with an A-frame roof to house a booster pump station consisting of skid mounted centrifugal pumps, including three (3) pumps at 500 gallons per minute (gpm), and two (2) pumps at 28 gpm, all on variable frequency drives (VFDs); a 750-gallon bladder surge tank; connection to existing recycled water system and any required removal of flanges on existing recycled water system; monorail; electrical equipment including transformer, switchboard, motor control center (MCCs); building mechanical; structural and architectural components; site fencing, new parking spots; application of slurry seal on parking area; drainage facilities; educational exhibits, including all other appurtenances.

 

PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: 

September 2025.
